Men and Women of STEM Excellence

The men and women of STEM Excellence (MWSE) Fellowship was launched to give undergraduate students and early career professionals in STEM fields an accelerated leadership development opportunity. The fellowship is a two-year commitment focused on developing leadership skills to prepare the fellows to gain leadership, complex problem solving and networking skills to prepare them to take on high-level leadership positions in their fields and their communities. The fellows are matched with a mentor, whose career skills and interests align with theirs.

Each quarter, the fellows have topics to work on individually and within groups. These topics and readings challenge their identities and perceptions and push them to strengthen their skills as leaders.
